EXEN is a private and independent Architecture and Consultancy firm, founded in Rome in 1984, with the aim of promoting and facilitating the growth of territories and businesses.
Our activity is characterized by a multidisciplinary approach and an international scope. We provide a diverse clientele in Italy and abroad with a wide and integrated range of architectural, technical and economic consulting services. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the environmental sustainability of the projects that are undertaken.
With the professional skills and experience gained over nearly forty years of international activity, EXEN supports the internationalization processes of small and medium-sized Italian enterprises. We offer consultancy in areas such as export promotion, marketing strategies, and project finance. EXEN is capable of providing services that span from strategic to operational phases, from defining the project idea to surveying and analyzing various country systems, from feasibility studies to the search for commercial, industrial, and financial partners, from drafting joint venture agreements to resolving all legal, fiscal, and administrative issues, to supporting the launch of operations abroad. The company also assists public entities in planning and implementing international development programs and projects for territories and their business systems.

Executive Projects:
- Definition of every characteristic of the project
- Construction details
- Bill of quantities, including the estimation of executive costs and specifications of the quality requirements to be delivered to contractors or suppliers to obtain precise and consistent offers.

Direction:
Constantly monitor all phases of the construction site throughout the duration of the works to ensure that the final result meets the required specifications, both functionally and aesthetically. Project accounting to monitor construction costs and update expenditure estimates with any changes requested during the works.
EXEN has also gained significant experience in the development of strategic plans, enhancing areas, and managing real estate complexes with high tourism, recreational, and productive potential.
In Italy and France, EXEN is a partner in some of the most important tourism development initiatives, hotel acquisitions, studies for the development of new districts, and infrastructure for leisure and mobility.
It provides support to local authorities for territorial marketing actions and the development of tourism systems. Through public-private partnership models, EXEN is a key player or advisor in important local development projects with leading financial, institutional, and tourism industry operators.
